We require that all of our property managers are licensed property managers in the State of Illinois. We also require our managers to complete at least 20 hours of continuing education per year. The Werk Management Home Owners Portal
Each property we manage has its own website area provided and maintained by Werk Management in the Home Owner Portal. This extra service is provided to residents at no additional charge. The Home Owner Portal is where the Association resident can find copies of all documentation including the Declaration, By-Laws, Amendments, Rules & Regulations, and other important information pertaining to community life. Meeting dates, forms, and requests are also typically found in the Home Owner Portal.
